Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, raised in Wellington) is a Canadian actress from Canada. Paquin, born in Winnipeg and raised by Wellington Paquin's acting debut was in the role of Flora McGrath. For this role she received an Academy Award of Best Supporting Actress in the romantic drama The Piano at the young age of 11. She was the second youngest winner in Oscar History.
