Laura Linney

Laura Linney (born February 5 1964 New York New York U.S.) American actress best recognized for her strong but delicate characters. Linney was born into the family of actors since her father Romulus Linney plays a writer. Her graduation in 1986 was at Brown University. She then studied Theatre Arts at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before receiving her diploma from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City, 1990. Her first appearance was on Broadway eventually earning praise for her performance on stage in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
