Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is an actress and model. Her first role was as Pepper Steiger in Australia. Her role in the 100-episodes of the soap show Neighbors which aired from 2006 to 2007 helped make her an international sensation in Australia. The actress arrived in Hollywood through two separate projects: first with the comedy choral Hollywood & Wine where she played a young actress who was a newcomer to Hollywood. In the ninth season of Scrubs she played Maya who is a very appealing medical student. But the show abruptly put on hold. In the next episode, she is making films for a Farrelly brother-based comedy Good to shoot featuring the Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson tandem. This will be followed by appearances on B-series and series. Her 2013 was marked by more exposure: She appeared on the six seasons of Franklin and Bash and landed her very first regular role, in Chosen. Milo Ventimiglia played the lead. She plays in the first two seasons of the show as well as giving a response to Chad Michael Murray. In the following year, she played in supporting parts for two films featuring airplane scenes: The Flight 7500: One Way Back on the SyFy Channel with a group of television actors and Le Chaos (an action film with Nicolas Cage). The role she plays is a Flight Attendant. But above all she shares the cover of a brand new TV series called Matador featuring Gabriel Luna. The first season of this action drama, where the actors are CIA agents directed by Robert Rodriguez, comprises only 13 episodes. The pilot she has for her new show, however, does not work out. In 2015, she also released a romance from a B-series Borrowed Moments poster with Brian Krause and was a part of the comedy Witness for Rent, worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kaoco. Her distribution for Terrence's Knight of Cups is very extensive. In addition, she appears in five episodes from the Satisfaction series.
